Meet Our Staff

Jay Patel Owner - Jay started Platinum Signs in 2006, with the great assistance of SIGNBIZ, a full service consulant and turnkey experts in the signage industry.  Jay has over 15 years in engineering services and management, and graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering degree.


John Donohue - Sales Consultant - John started with us in February of 2010. John has over 20 years experience in sales and support. John also has a very strong background in the printing industry.  He has a AA degree in Business Administration.


Karen Hirsch Office Manager - Karen started with us in March of 2009. She comes with four years customer service and signage experience. Karen's duties include preparing estimates, placing orders and following up with clients. She is our go-to person for day to day operations and customer service.

Patrick Campbell Graphic Artist /  Production - Patrick has been with us since Platinum Signs' creation, he has a degree in Commercial Art. Patrick has over 10 years of design experience in the signage industry.  Patrick also sometimes help with production such as installs and repairs.

James Cousins Production Assistant - James is our production guy. James has over 8 years experience in the signage industry.  He's either in the shop helping to prepare your signs or he is out in the field, doing installs and/or repairs.
